Full time vehicle sales associate.

German Concepts is looking to hire a new Sales Associate Trainee at our store located in Osceola, Indiana. As a Sales Associate Trainee you will go through a 90-day training program under the supervision of a senior sales/F&I team member. 

The program will be broken into a 4-week onboarding followed by an 8-week hybrid program. During the first 4 weeks a sales trainee will complete a 12-step syllabus. During the last 8 weeks, Sales Associate Trainees will be on the floor actively selling while simultaneously completing an online sales training program through the Joe Verde School of Auto Sales. 

Upon completion of the 90-day Sales Associate Training program the candidate will become a full time Sales Associate at German Concepts.
